3. System Purpose

The System is intended exclusively for internal business use — including the creation, management, and processing of invoices, official receipts, billing statements, credit memos, and related financial documents. Any use outside of this scope is prohibited.

4. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the System. Emirates Airlines Philippines and Leepe Outsourcing Corp. shall not be liable for errors, financial losses, or compliance issues arising from inaccurate data entered by users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system components.
  • Tampering with, altering, or deleting financial records without proper authorization.
  • Using the System to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Exporting or disclosing confidential financial data to unauthorized third parties.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing any system security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The E-Invoicing System was designed and developed by Leepe Outsourcing Corp. on behalf of Emirates Airlines Philippines. All software, designs, workflows, and content within the System are owned by Emirates Airlines Philippines as the commissioning party, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No part of the System may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent from Emirates Airlines Philippines.

7. Availability & Maintenance

Emirates Airlines Philippines and Leepe Outsourcing Corp. reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the System for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. Neither party guarantees uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for losses resulting from system downtime.

8. Termination of Access

Emirates Airlines Philippines reserves the right to suspend or revoke system access at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any company policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Emirates Airlines Philippines nor Leepe Outsourcing Corp. shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the System. Leepe Outsourcing Corp.'s liability as the third-party developer is limited strictly to the scope defined in its service agreement with Emirates Airlines Philippines.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

Emirates Airlines Philippines reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Leepe Outsourcing Corp. may recommend updates as the system developer. Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
